6 cups Roasted Garlic Mashed Potatoes, hot, recipe follows

3 tablespoon olive oil

4 cans anchovy fillets

1/2 teaspoon whole cloves

1 cup masa flour

1 tablespoon onion powder

1 tablespoon cayenne pepper

6 cups coarsely chopped onions

1/2 to 3/4 cup heavy cream

4 ounces (1 stick) butter, cubed

3 heads garlic, halved

1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh parsley leaves

1 tablespoon black pepper

1/2 cup Creole seasoning

2 tablespoons garlic powder

2 quarts distilled white vinegar

4 cups dark corn syrup

2 tablespoons salt

2 dozen large shucked oysters

4 cups water

4 bone-in Dry Aged Rib-Eye steaks, (about 20 to 22 ounces each)

2 teaspoons freshly ground pepper

4 jalapenos, with stems and seeds, chopped
