1/2 cup dried currants or other dried fruit, nuts, or chocolate chips

1/2 cup medjool dates, pitted (about 7 dates)

6 tbsp agave nectar

1 tsp almond extract

1/2 cup organic powdered sugar

1 tbsp water or nondairy milk

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

1/4 tsp white vinegar
