  • 1 lb whole wheat linguine
  • 6 whole boneless, skinless, trimmed chicken breasts
  • salt & pepper, to taste
  • flour
  • 2 Tbsps olive oil
  • 4 Tbsps butter
  • 12 ozs white mushrooms, sliced thin
  • 1 cup dry white wine
  • 1 whole lemon
  • ½ cup heavy cream (can Use Half-and-Half)
  • 1 tsp capers
  • Italian parsley, chopped, for sprinkling
  • Parmesan cheese, grated, for sprinkling
