Ingredients for 4 servings

1/4 inch 1 orange, cut into thick triangles

1 x clove garlic, smashed

3 tbsp soy sauce

1 tbsp sesame oil

Splash of white wine, optional

salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste

1 lb extra-firm tofu, drained and cubed (see pics below on how to drain)

Fistful of fresh cilantro, chopped

1 tbsp olive oil, plus more as needed

1 tsp Black Sesame Seeds
