  • 1 egg , beaten
  • 1 medium red onions
  • 1-1/4 cup fresh cranberries
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup red wine , (such as Cabernet Sauvignon or shiraz)
  • 1/4 cup white sugar
  • 2 lbs pork tenderloins
  • 1/2 cup ruby port
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tsp freshly squeezed lime juice
