Ingredients for 1 serving

1/2 cup almond milk

1/2 cup full-fat coconut milk

4 ice cubes

1 heaping tbsp almond butter (or PB)

1 pitted medjool date

1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder (optional)

1 large peeled banana, frozen

1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

1/4 tsp cloves

1/4 tsp ginger

1/4 tsp nutmeg

1/4 tsp cardamom powder (optional, I didn’t have any)
