1 can whole San Marzano tomatoes in juice, diced

1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil

1 x chile de arbol, crumbled

1 x fresh rosemary sprig

1 x large red bell peppers, diced

1 x large yellow onion, diced

1 tbsp fresh thyme leaves

1/4 cup fresh Italian parsley leaves, roughly chopped

4 x large clove garlic, minced

1 tbsp Unsalted Butter

1 pound Ground Beef

3/4 pound Ground Pork

Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

1/4 cup Gebhardt chili powder

2 tsp Ground Cumin

1/2 tsp Cayenne Pepper

1/2 cup Creme fraiche

1/4 cup chopped fresh chives

1 x Lime, sliced into 6 wedges
