dried ancho chile peppers*

1 tsp each sage and cumin spices

2 onions

5 cloves garlic

~2 tsp salt

2 boxes lasagna noodles

Spinach layer:

1 box frozen spinach

small tub ricotta cheese

2 eggs


1 cup dry red wine

1 tbsp sugar

tsp salt
