Ingredients for 2 servings

2 cloves garlic, finely sliced

1 red onion, cut into chunks

2 red peppers, deseeded and finely chopped

1 yellow pepper, deseeded and finely chopped

350 g butternut squash, peeled and diced

350 g cherry tomatoes, halved

2 tbsp olive oil

28 g pack Sainsbury’s fresh basil, leaves picked and roughly chopped

6 sheets Sainsbury’s fresh egg lasagne or 8 Sainsbury’s dried lasagne sheets

300 ml Sainsbury’s British crème fraîche

25 g parmesan, finely grated

125 g Sainsbury’s basics mozzarella, torn into small pieces
