1/3 to 1/2 cup fresh breadcrumbs

Salt and pepper to taste

Nutmeg to taste


1 package wonton wrappers

6 to 8 tablespoons unsalted butter, at room temperature

1/2 to 3/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan or Asiago cheese

Freshly ground black pepper to taste

1 to 2 teaspoons chopped fresh rosemary
