1 1/2 ounces round mexican chocolate, roughly chopped (Ibarra brand is readily available)

2 tablespoons sugar

1/2 (1 lb) package puff pastry

1/3 cup toasted salted pepitas (pumpkin seeds)

1 ounce bittersweet chocolate , roughly chopped

2 tablespoons butter
