  • 6 ozs apricot Sesame Sambal Szechwan Sauce, recipe follows
  • 1/2 cup mung beans, cut in 1/2
  • 1 tsp minced cilantro
  • 3 Tbsps hoisin sauce
  • 2 Tbsps crushed, unsalted peanuts
  • 3 Tbsps sambal hot sauce
  • 1 Tbsp oil
  • 5 snap peas, diced
  • 3 Tbsps apricot preserves
  • 1 small carrots, diced
  • 1/4 cup rice wine vinegar
  • 5 fried wonton skins
  • 6 iceberg lettuce leaves
