  • 2 tbsp raw buckwheat groats (the ‘crunch’, optional)
  • 1.5-2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 cup non-dairy milk
  • 1 banana, chopped
  • Pinch cinnamon
  • 2-3 strawberries, chopped
  • maple syrup, to taste
