• 4 ozs bittersweet chocolate , finely chopped
• 2 1/2 cups heavy cream
• 2 tsps sugar
• 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
• 1 1/4 cups salted peanuts , chopped
• 1 1/2 cups peanut butter
• 1 pinch salt
• 1/4 cup unsalted butter , melted and cooled
• 12 ozs cream cheese , at room temperature
• 2 Tbsps whole milk
• 1/2 cup mini chocolate chip (or finely chopped semi sweet chocolate)
• 1 pinch of freshly grated nutmeg
