Ingredients for 2 servings

2 bundles glass noodles, soaked in cold water for 15 minutes

2 pcs chicken thighs, marinated in soy sauce, sesame oil and a bit of wine

6 x Shitake mushrooms, soaked in boiling water

1 cup chicken stock

1 knob ginger, shredded

2 stalks green onion, chopped

Salt and pepper to taste

1 x Garnish: 1 slice of cooked ham, chopped into fine bits

Chopped cilantro
