1 1/2 cup white wine

1 7-oz jar roasted red peppers, drained and chopped

1/2 cup chopped fresh basil

1/3 cup chopped fresh parsley

2 tbsp fresh thyme leaves, or 2 tsp. dried

1/3 cup whipping cream

6 tbsp tomato paste

4 tsp minced garlic
