1 1/4 cups flour, plus more for rolling the dough

The caramel filling:

3/4 cup sugar

1/4 cup water

1/3 cup heavy cream

6 tablespoons unsalted butter

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 cup chopped roasted and salted cashews, plus more for garnish

The chocolate glaze:

3 ounces chopped bittersweet chocolate

1 tablespoon corn syrup

4 tablespoons butter

Sea salt, for garnish
