1 package Cherrybrook Kitchen Chocolate Cake mix or another brand or from scratch

1 vegan graham cracker crust pie crust or crushed graham crackers

1 cup chocolate chips, vegan

1/4 cup canola oil

1 cup soy milk

3 Tbsp Vital Wheat Gluten or another 'egg replacer'

1/4 cup whole wheat flour

1 Tbsp white vinegar

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 tsp cinnamon

1 dash cayenne

1/3 cup vegan cream cheese, softened*

1 1/3 cups white powdered sugar, vegan

1/2 cup softened vegan buttery spread

1 1/2 tsp salt

1 Tbsp canola oil

1/2-3/4 cups soy milk, until desired consistency is attained

2 tsp cornstarch or arrowroot powder

Toppings: Vanilla Flavored Sugar, thick cut (or raw sugar) and Vegan Chocolate Sprinkles.
