REFRIED BEANS:

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 tablespoons minced garlic

1 1/2 teaspoons ground cumin

1 1/2 teaspoons dried oregano

1/8 teaspoon salt

1 3/4 cups home-cooked pink beans or 1 can (15 1/2 ounces) pink beans, rinsed and drained

1 cup vegetable broth or water

QUESADILLAS:

6 whole wheat flour tortillas (8" diameter)

3/4 cup "refried" beans

1 cup purchased fresh salsa
