2 tablespoons white or rose wine (optional)

1 tablespoon butter PLUS some for the pan

1 tablespoon flour

1 1/2 cup crumbled cornbread

1/3 cup diced celery

1/3 cup diced onion

1 1/2 tablespoons sage

1 tablespoon butter

1 baked sweet potato, mashed

frozen peas (do not defrost)

4 pats cold butter
