I made this a couple of nights ago and thought it was quite good. I used linguini instead of spaghetti. And I made more of the sauce than it asked for since I really like mascarpone and lemon. And I did add just a little sprinkle of sugar. Really not much. I also subbed walnuts for the hazelnuts. Next time I'll use pecans. The crunch from the nuts was especially nice. And the fresh spinach was great in there! Loved that. The next time I make it I think I'll add a little butter and possibly some Parmesan as well. I used this as a side dish with baked chicken breasts and sliced tomatoes with a little olive oil and balsamic vinegar. I'll be making it again!
