2 cup organic baby spinach leaves, washed, drained

1 tsp ripe pear, washed, stemmed and cored, cut into pieces

1/2 x chilled chick peas, rinsed, drained

2 x fresh chopped parsley

0 tbsp salt and fresh ground pepper to taste

x tbsp A handful of pecans, pan toasted and salted to taste

4 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil

3 x Balsamic Vinegar

2 x pure maple syrup
