  • 3 Tbsps unsalted butter , melted
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup fresh chives , chopped
  • 2 tsps baking powder
  • 1 cup yellow cornmeal
  • 1 Tbsp sugar
  • non-stick vegetable oil cooking spray
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 cups plain yogurt
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper , don't leave out
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
