1 yolk

1/2 cup brown sugar

3 tablespoons condensed milk

1/2 cup cream

1 g of gelatin powder (this is optional but it gives a hold to the pie and will cut out nicely)

Pinch of salt

1 tablespoon vanilla extract

2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice

1 teaspoon cinnamon

1 9-in store bought graham cracker crust
