I substituted butter for organic coconut oil and milk for almond milk. I also subbed the cranberry sauce for dried cranberries soaked in hot water for a few minutes and added that to the batter. Yum!

Ingredients for 4 servings

3/4 cup milk

1 tablespoons white vinegar

1 cup all-purpose flour

2 tablespoons granulated sugar

1 teaspoon baking powder

1/2 teaspoon baking soda

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 egg

2 tablespoons butter, melted

Zest on ½ orange

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup Orange-Cranberry Sauce (or any type of cranberry sauce)
