Didn't read the part about only pulsing the pecans in the food processor... So I made pecan butter the first try, kind of good. Once I did everything right, tHis was delicious, paired with some candied pecans in a nice salad.

1/3 cup vegetable oil

1 cup buttermilk

Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
