1 pkg (1 lb/500 g) wonton wrappers , (60 per pkg)

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Whole chives

2 cups whipping cream

2 plum tomatoes , diced

1/4 cup chopped chives

1/4 tsp salt
