Ingredients for 4 servings

Makes 1 large pizza or 4 smaller pizzas

1-2 tablespoon water , if necessary

3 medium carrots or 3 large carrots , peeled and sliced into thick chunks

1-2 cup shredded lowfat mozzarella cheese

white bean puree

1 medium sweet potato or yam, peeled and rough chopped

2-3 tablespoons water

Orange puree (use 1/4 cup)

1-2 tablespoon water

3/4 cup store-bought tomato sauce

2 cups cauliflower , cut into florets

White puree

1 medium zucchini , peeled and rough chopped

1 (15 ounce) can white beans (great northern, navy, butter or cannellini)

1 store-bought pizza dough (whole wheat preferred) or 4 greek style pocketless pitas (whole wheat preferred)

1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
