300 g dried tofu

2 medium eggs

100 g garlic chives

1 tsp minced ginger

6 tsp minced garlic

1/4 cup chinese rice wine

250 g bean shoots

6 x large leaves of napa cabbage

3 tsp beef dashida

2 tbs dark sesame oil

1 pk dumpling skins

1 x egg white, lightly beaten

dipping sauce for mandu

0 tbs white/rice vinegar

3 tbs soy sauce

1/2 tsp dried red chilli powder

1/4 tsp sesame oil
