  • 3 Tbsps miso paste
  • One 2-inch piece fresh ginger, peeled and chopped
  • 4 to 6 garlic cloves
  • 1 lemon, zested
  • 2 Tbsps vegetable oil
  • 1 Tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 Tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp chili garlic sauce OR red chili paste
