1/2 cup garden peas , cooked & pureed

3 tablespoons milk

2 eggs

1/2 cup raisins or sultana , soaked

2 cups brown lentils (type that does not require soaking)

2 garlic cloves , chopped

1 cup white wine

1/2 cup dried peaches , chopped & soaked

1 pinch ginger

2 tomatoes

1 pinch salt

2 onions

1/2 cup chopped parsley

1 cup vegetable stock

2 tablespoons plain yogurt

1/2 cup dried apricot, chopped & soaked

1 teaspoon good curry , mixture
