1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

1/4 cup (60 ml) grapeseed oil or other neutral-flavored oil

Scant 1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt

1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon

1 teaspoon ground ginger (ginger powder)

1/2 teaspoon allspice

1/4 teaspoon grated nutmeg

70 g crystallized ginger, chopped small

4 cups (320 g) rolled oats

1/4 cup (30 g) tapioca (or other) starch
