120 g good quality white chocolate, roughly chopped

1 cup Salted Butter Caramel Sauce

85 grams butter, salted or unsalted

150 grams sugar

250 millilitres heavy cream

1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract

1 1/4 tsp coarse salt
