This was very, very good. Saving this recipe, but for my use, I only made two very beautiful big chops. I added 2-1/2 tablespoons of (Blazing Blends) steak sauce to the recipe's sauce while thickening, which gave the sauce an unbelievable flavor along with the other ingredients. (I felt it was missing something) Served it over small shells (had on hand), with a side of fresh cooked spinach, lightly buttered and sauteed. Very easy and quick to make.

Ingredients for 4 servings

4 pork chops, 3/4-inch thick, bone-in

2 tablespoons garlic powder

1 teaspoon cayenne

1 cup chicken broth

Chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley, for garnish

1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

2 tablespoons onion powder

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 cup buttermilk

1/4 cup olive oil

1 cup all-purpose flour
