9 Ingredients

  • 1 apple, I used fuji
  • 1 red onion
  • A handful of almonds, honey roasted works really well
  • 2 Tbsps olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 heaping! tsp honey (i like it sweet.)
  • a pinch of salt
  • some fresh ground pepper
  • some grated parmesan
