6 tbsp Tahini

1/2 tsp ground cumin

Juice of 1 lemon and possibly the juice of another

2 fat cloves garlic

1 tsp fine salt

olive oil

Parsley and paprika to garnish (optional)

Toasted pine nuts or whole chickpeas are also good on top.
