3-4 pounds vine-ripened tomatoes, preferably a colorful mixture and various sizes

4 handfuls washed & dried salad greens

Goat Cheese & Basil Gnocchi

1/2 ounce ricotta salata or Parmesan cheese or any other hard cheese of your choice
