1 large Egg, whisked

1 tsp pure Vanilla Extract

2 tbsp unsalted Butter or unrefined Coconut Oil, melted at room temperature

1 cup fat free milk

1/4 cup low fat Ricotta cheese

Cooking Spray

a few ounces Heavy Cream

Vanilla Stevia Drops

Matcha Green Tea Powder to sprinkle on top
