1/2 x Red Bell Pepper, diced

2 x cloves minced garlic

2 tbsp minced fresh ginger

1 1/3 cup Mung Bean Sprouts

4 cup cooked Brown rice

3 tbsp Soy Sauce

4 tbsp Hoisin Sauce

1/4 cup Chicken stock or broth

1 cup frozen peas

1 lb medium shrimp, peeled, de-veined, and coarsely chopped
