8 Ingredients

  • 1 lb of sashimi-grade tuna
  • 1 tomato, chopped
  • 4 sheets of roasted, dried seaweed, cut up into small pieces
  • 1⁄4 cup of sweet onion, chopped
  • 1/4 cup of green onion, chopped
  • 1 tsp of sesame oil
  • 1/2 tsp of red pepper flakes
  • 2 Tbsps of soy sauce

Great but makes way more than you'd expect! I'd cut this in half as an appetizer for up to 8 people. Oh and get good crackers. You'll be glad you did.
