  • 1/4 cup reduced-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsps minced fresh ginger
  • 2 Tbsps honey
  • 2 Tbsps miso paste
  • 1 Tbsp minced garlic
  • 2 tsps toasted sesame oil
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 8 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves (3-4 lbs total)
  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt
  • 1 cup unsalted dry-roasted peanuts halves
