Easy to make for lunch/brunch. Easily serves 2. I cheated and used lavash instead of making the dough from scratch. I also cut down on the cheese (1/2 cup of parmesan, regianno, and feta cheese combo) and eggs (reduced to 3) and loaded up the fresh mushrooms and tomatoes.

1/2 teaspoon dry active yeast

2 cups plus 2 tablespoons bread flour, plus more for dusting
