1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary

1 tablespoon chopped fresh thyme

3/4 teaspoon fine-grained sea salt

3/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

1 1/4 cups (5 ounces) grated extra-sharp Cheddar cheese
