  • 1 Tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp cornstarch mixed with 2 tsps water
  • Four 5-oz cod fillets, skinned
  • Salt
  • 1/2 cup finely grated daikon
  • Thin strips of lemon zest, for garnish
