1 cup rough cut orange marmalade

5 tsp minced, fresh ginger

1 tbsp minced garlic

1/3 cup fresh lemon juice

1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper

1/2-3/4 tsp red pepper flakes

1 12 oz bottle warm/room-temp beer

1 1/2 cup flour

3 tbsp melted butter

4 x eggs, separated

1/4 tsp ground black pepper

1/2 tsp salt

1/4 tsp paprika

2 lb Sam’s Club’s colossal shrimp, defrosted

3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

3/4 cup chopped, blanched almonds

3/4 cup chopped unsweetened, coconut

3/4 cup dry angel hair pasta, “fractured” (about 1/4 lb.)

3/4 cup canola oil
