1 pkg yellow cake mix (with pudding in the mix)

3 pkg (3.4 oz each) instant pistachio pudding mix

1 cup water

1 cup vegetable oil

4 eggs

2-3 oz of pistachios chopped fine and added to the batter cake

1-2 teaspoons of pistachio flavoring. (I could only find this on line)

There are two toppings either one is good


For Glaze

1 cup confectionery sugar

1 tbsp butter or margarine, softened

2-3 tbsp of milk


For Frosting

3 cup confectionery sugar

1/2 pound of European butter plugrá

3-4 tbsp of milk

2 tablespoons pistachio flavoring

About 4 oz of pistachios and chopped them fine an sprinkled them in the frosting and over the cake
