This was absolutely exactly what I was looking for. I had my doubts when getting some of the ingredients, and to whether trust to grill the lobster for that long, however it turned out amazing! Exactly what I pictured in my mind. Follow the recipe, need help with the lobster stuff, YouTube it;) and you have yourself a low cal, nutritious, simple, delicious meal!!

Ingredients for 4 servings

1/8 teaspoon salt, or more to taste

1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon chopped fresh tarragon

4 whole-wheat hot-dog buns

1/4 cup reduced-fat mayonnaise

1 cup snow peas, trimmed

1 tablespoon plus 2 teaspoons lemon juice

1/2 teaspoon freshly ground pepper

1 tablespoon minced shallot

2 teaspoons extra-virgin olive oil

2 10- to 12-ounce lobster tails, thawed if frozen (see Tip)

1/4 cup minced celery

2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
