1/3 cup plus 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

2 1/2 tablespoons olive oil

2 teaspoons sweet paprika

1 teaspoon freshly groun black pepper

1 teaspoon ground cumin

1 teaspoon ground turmeric

1 teaspoon ground fennel seeds

1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Pinch of cinnamon

Kosher salt

8 lamb chops, 1/2 to 3/4 inch thick (2 1/4 pounds)

1 tablespoon tahini paste

2 tablespoons hot water
