1 cup fresh bread crumbs

1/2 small onion very finely chopped

1 clove of garlic crushed

1 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro

Grated zest and juice of 1/2 a lime

1 small green chili seeded and chopped

1/4 tsp five spice powder

2 tbsp. all purpose flour

1 egg beaten

2/3 cup shredded coconut

For the dip:

1 small red chili seeded and sliced

1 tbsp. lime juice

2 tbsp dark soy sauce

2 tbsp water

1 tbsp soft brown sugar
