12 tbsp Unsalted Butter

3/4 cup Sugar (muffins)

2 x eggs (large) (muffins)

3 cup all-purpose flour (muffins)

2 1/2 tsp Baking Powder (muffins)

1/4 tsp Baking Soda (muffins)

3/4 tsp salt (muffins)

1/2 tsp Ground Nutmeg (muffins)

3/4 cup Whole Milk (muffins)

1/4 cup Buttermilk (muffins)

4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted for topping

1 cup Granulated Sugar for topping

1 tbsp cinnamon for topping
